At Waterman's Crossing Apartments, we welcome four-legged friends, after all, they are family.

Finding a pet friendly apartment can be tough. Here at Waterman's Crossing, we certainly understand how important it is to have our companions by our side. That's why we are a pet friendly community. Not only will your dog or cat find a cozy place to call home, your pets will also be able to take advantage of all the great amenities that surround you such as a city neighborhood that is perfect for dog walks. Pet stores are less than five minutes away and we have a complete listing of nearby groomers, boarders and training.

No weight limit on dogs, but we do have breed restrictions. (Call us for details).

Pet Policy

A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the 1st pet and $200 for the 2nd pet. Pet rent is $40 per pet.
